When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During new product launches or sales, processing may take up to 7-10 business days due to high volume.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast shipping, we begin processing orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are unable to add items or cancel it. Please double-check your cart before finalizing your purchase.
